Being a Good Neighbor

At Trig's, we believe in being good corporate citizens. After all, this is where we all live and work, raise our families, and go to school!

That's why we like to sponsor community events and support the arts, our schools, and local non-profit groups. Make sure you stop by and see us at the next concert or event in the park that we sponsor.

Two very popular community programs you can participate in are our Trig's Supports Local Churches & Schools (TsLCs) program in our Northwoods stores and Scrip at our Wausau and Stevens Point locations.

TsLCs lets you drop your receipts, marked with the I.D. number of the church or school you want to support, into our TsLCs barometer at the store. Three times a year, we tally up the receipts we've collected for each organization and write each a check for 1% of their total. Through TsLCs, Trig’s has donated over $400,000 to participating organizations.

Scrip is purchased through various schools and churches in the Wausau and Stevens Point area. The schools buy Scrip gift cards from Trig's and Trig's County Market at a discounted price, then sell them to parents and relatives of students for face value. It costs you nothing, while raising money for the participating school!
