JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Train and develop the Team to deliver excellent guest service each day — providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Lead by example, dividing time equally among associates and guests.
- Channel successful sales and marketing efforts with local communities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Provide excellent guest service to assure that all guests leave satisfied and will return
- Responsible for protecting the interests in the store (ie. shoplifters, cash control, etc.)
- Greet guests; resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
- Perform all job duties in a manner safe to self and others.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must have good knowledge of wiorking the cash register
- Opening and closing procedures
- Maintaining the coffee department and putting away stock

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• A minimum of one year of management experience required, and 2+ years of restaurant, retail, or guest service experience and/or combined experience and education preferred.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Safety Manager Certified preferred or certification within 90-days of employment.
• Must have reliable transportation & a valid driver’s license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
