# Position Description & Details
Job Duties Include:
-Review and reconcile all adjudicated pharmacy claims from all pharmacy departments company-wide
-Review and reconcile paid claims against pharmacy charge accounts
-Contact payers and seek reimbursement for overdue payments
-Working proficiently with Microsoft Windows systems including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
-Working proficiently with computer-based data systems that help track, document, and file pharmacy information and data
-Generating and interpreting various reports through computer-based software systems
-Maintain a high level of professionalism, teamwork, and confidentiality.
-Understanding and maintaining compliance and confidentiality with HIPAA and Personal Health Information (PHI).
-Learning and understanding several reimbursement structures for different payers such as Medicare, Medicaid, Inclusa, CCCW, and other third parties.
-Working effectively as a team within the office space with other support associates.
-Reporting discrepancies or troubleshooting to Director of Pharmacy and CFO as needed.
-Assist with other projects as needed such as audits, reporting, answering phones, and special events.
**Full Time Hourly Position
**Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday
