 -Provide Excellent Customer Service

-Ability to cut and trim prime cuts to reduce to cooking cuts such as roasts, steaks, chops, stew cubes, and grinding meat

-Ability to clean and cut poultry in preparation for wrapping 

-Grind meat and poultry using proper equipment

-Assist with Monthly Inventories
