Job Responsibilities Include:

 -Provide Excellent Customer Service  

-Working well with Teammates  

-Cut and trim prime cuts to reduce to cooking cuts such as roasts, steaks, chops, stew cubes, and grinding meat

-Clean and cut poultry in preparation for wrapping 

-Shape, lace, and tie meat cuts by hand to form roasts

-Grind meat and poultry using proper equipment

-Assist the Manager with Associate Coaching and Training

-Conduct Monthly Inventories

-Follow all Safety and Sanitation Procedures
