Job Responsibilities Include:

-Provide excellent customer service

-Working well with teammates

-Prepping, traying, baking, storing, and cooling bakery product according to daily production standards

-Operate ovens, bread slicers, fryers, while using trays, storage racks and prep tables

-Keeping product organized in storage coolers and freezers

-Packaging, wrapping, and labeling bakery product for sale

-Taking customer orders for future dates

-Following all sanitation and food safety codes and guidelines

-Conducting proper cleaning tasks to prepare for the next day operations

-Ensure proper stock levels of displays and merchandise

**Must be 18 years of age or older

**Must be available mornings as early as 4:00am
