Cellar 70 Online Silent Auction Rules

Thank you for helping Trig’s Cellar 70 support our local community food pantries by participating in our Online Silent Auction. Your generous support will enable us to provide much needed support to these organizations.  100% of the funds raised from this auction will be donated. 

Please familiarize yourself with the following rules before placing a bid to ensure the auction runs smoothly and everyone has a great time!

1. Bidding will begin on June 25, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. and will end on July 8, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. 
2. Bidders agree to the Online Silent Auction Rules stated here as applicable to this auction.
3. We will be auctioning a three-bottle set of Van Winkle Bourbons with an estimated fair market value that ranges from $1,000 - $3,000 per bottle depending upon the bottle's age, and that is determined by our Cellar 70 team. These include a 10-year RIP Van Winkle, a 12-year Van Winkle Special Reserve, and a 15-year Pappy Van Winkle Reserve.
4. All bids must meet the minimum bid requirement of $500, or they will be disqualified.
5. Bidders may bid multiple times as long as they meet the bid minimum.
6. All bids are FINAL.
7. Bidders agree to pay in full the amount they bid at the conclusion of the auction.
8. Age restrictions apply. Bidder must be twenty-one (21) years of age. Bids placed by an individual who does not legally qualify for the item (Set of three Van Winkle Bourbons) will be disqualified. Valid ID will be required to acquire the items if your bid is selected as the high bid or winner of the item. If the winning bidder fails to present a valid ID, then the item (Set of three Van Winkle Bourbons) will go to the next highest bidder (or second runner up).
9. Trig's or T.A. Solberg, Co, Inc. assumes no liability for risk or hazards associated with items won. Winner assumes all responsibility for risk and injury.
10. Item may be withdrawn without notice at any time if Trig's or T.A. Solberg, Co., Inc. deems necessary and all bids would be cancelled.
11. The bidder with the highest recorded bid at the close of the auction will win the item.
12. Item (Three bottle Van Winkle set) will not be released to the winner until payment is received in full.
13. All items are sold 'as-is' and all sales are final.

Please remember, 100% of the proceeds will benefit local food pantries.
