Job Responsibilities Include:

-Provide Excellent Customer Service

-Monitor, maintain, and upkeep facility conditions including but not limited to:

       *Parking lot, cart corrals, outside signage, and facility entrance/exit ways.

       *Landscaping needs such as weeding, trimming, snow removal, salting, etc.

       *Shopping cart repair, power washing, and maintenance.

       *Various painting tasks.

       *Facilitate the cleaning/thawing of freezer and cooler units on a routine basis.

       *Facilitate proper safety maintenance with outside contractors.

       *Ensure proper light replacements are performed throughout.

       *Ensure proper filter replacements are performed throughout.

       *Help coordinate fixture removal, install, and replacement throughout.

       *Assist with event setup as necessary with proper equipment.

       *Various cleaning duties to maintain proper conditions as needed.

       *Assist with remodels, resets, and equipment replacement/installs.

-Ability to handle minor repairs.

-Experience in electric, HVAC, refrigeration, use of power equipment, safety, forklift a plus.

-Inform Store Director of any concerns or questions on a daily basis.

**Tools and equipment provided.

**Must be 18+ years of age and have a valid drivers license.

**Some travel will be required.
