Market Loyalty Program – Terms and Conditions

Program Overview:
 By participating in Trigs Market’s Loyalty Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This program rewards you with points for eligible purchases made at Trigs Market locations when you present your mobile card/barcode at checkout. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, as outlined below.

Earning Reward Points:
 To earn points, open the Trigs Market app and have your cashier scan your mobile card/barcode before completing your transaction.

For every $1 spent on eligible purchases, you will earn 1 point.

Exclusions:
 Points are earned only when using your app barcode. Net purchases exclude bottle deposits, the dollar value of any coupons used or discounts applied, prescription medications, gift certificates and/or gift cards, postage stamp sales, money orders, money transfers, lottery tickets, cigarettes, tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, and any other items prohibited by law.

Example:
 Spend $500 on eligible items and earn 500 points, which gives you $5 off your next purchase.

Use of Points & Rewards:
 You can earn and redeem points at any Trigs Market location.

Points can be redeemed for a $5 off coupon on your next eligible transaction.

The $5 reward is automatically applied at checkout and cannot be saved for later use.

There is no limit to the number of points or rewards you can earn—the more you spend, the more you save!

Tracking Points:
 View your point balance and track your progress by selecting “My Rewards” on the app’s homepage.

Your points update automatically after each eligible transaction.

Expiration of Points & Rewards:
 Points expire after 6 months of account inactivity. As long as your account remains active, your points and rewards do not expire.

Retroactive Point Adjustments:
 Points cannot be added retroactively. If you forget to scan your mobile card at checkout, no points will be awarded for that transaction.

Modifications & Termination of Program:
 Trigs Market reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time, without prior notice.

Any changes will be communicated through the app or other official channels.

General Terms:
 Participation in the Loyalty Program is subject to compliance with these terms and conditions.

Trigs Market reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating the terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.

Privacy:
 By participating in the Loyalty Program, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in Trigs Market’s Privacy Policy.
