Trig’s REWARDS is our all-in-one platform that brings you flexible rewards, coupons, value pricing, and a fully integrated e-commerce system for those who prefer to shop online with Trig's To Go. We anticipate launching the updated e-commerce shopping very soon; stay tuned to our social media and weekly ads for updates. With Trig’s REWARDS, you will:
- Earn REWARDS points on your everyday grocery purchases that can be redeemed for free items, dollars off future groceries, or cents off per gallon on fuel purchases.
- Points can be earned and redeemed on in-store purchases or online in our integrated platforms.
- You will have access to thousands of coupon offers that are valid either in-store or online; and
- You will have exclusive digital deals and member pricing on select grocery items every week.|

How Trig's REWARDS works
Here is an overview of how to get started with our program follow the steps below:
- Download the app, create your account profile, and choose a home store.
- You will earn points on all purchases from Trig’s or Trig’s Village Market. There are exclusions for Lottery, Gift Cards, Pharmacy, and Tobacco items.
- Trig's REWARDS point values: For each $1 spent, you will earn 1 Point. When redeeming Trig's REWARDS, 10 points = 1¢ off your purchase of groceries or gas.
- Trig's REWARDS points expire 60 days after purchase.
- Trig's REWARDS points may be redeemed for Grocery Rewards or Fuel Rewards options.
- Your grocery REWARDS are redeemable at any Trig's grocery store location: Trig's in Minocqua, Rhinelander, Eagle River, or Tomahawk, and Trig's Village Market in Manitowish Waters, WI.
- Your fuel REWARDS are redeemable at Trig's Shell stations in Eagle River, Rhinelander, and Minocqua.
- Once Trig’s REWARDS offers are clipped in your wallet, they are available forever until you redeem them at one of our stores.
- Clipped Trig’s REWARDS can be stacked on a single transaction.
FAQs
No. Only on offers where the sign or tag says Trig’s REWARDS. Trig’s REWARDS members earn points as well and can redeem their points towards fuel savings and grocery savings.
No. The perks on your Pump Perks were good through March 31, 2026. Trig’s REWARDS will start tracking your fuel rewards.
Yes! You can do this by downloading the Trig’s REWARDS app from the Apple Store or Google Play. We have hand-outs with instructions and the QR code for either iPhone or Android devices. If you don’t have an iPhone or smartphone, we have a tablet at our Guest Services desk and our associates are happy to help you sign up.
Yes. With the Trig's REWARDS app which must be downloaded to your phone or tablet beforehand. We can also help you sign up at the Guest Service desk.
You can still sign up online and enter in any ten-digit number as a phone number for your account.
We’d like to have each guest use their own Trig’s REWARDS account. Having your own account benefits you in that you will find personalized offers as we move further into the program and other exclusive deals.
Trig's REWARDS that you want to use for fuel can be redeemed at our Trig's Shell Stations in Rhinelander, two locations in Minocqua, or Eagle River, WI.
For every dollar you spend at Trig’s, you receive 1 point on your Trig’s REWARDS balance. You can then redeem the points for fuel savings in the Trig’s REWARDS App toward your fuel purchase at our Trig's Shell Stations mentioned above.
Any of our Trig's Shell stations in Rhinelander, Eagle River, and Minocqua will accept Trig's REWARDS when you visit those cities. But, our Trig's REWARDS are also redeemable toward groceries and can be used at any of our Trig's locations in Tomahawk, Rhinelander, Eagle River, or Minocqua as well as Trig's Village Market in Manitowish Waters, WI.
If your Trig’s REWARDS coupon doesn't appear to be working on your purchase review these items:
- Make sure you clipped the deal or coupon in your Trig’s REWARDS app.
- The coupons need to be clipped in order for them to be redeemed.
- Once you have made sure the offer or coupon is clipped, click the subtotal and double check to see if it applied.
Most often this is related to brightness settings on your phone/device. Try increasing the brightness on your phone or you can type in your phone number at the key pad. Our associates can also enter your 10-digit phone number for you.
