In 1981 he opened his first restaurant, Frenchy's Original Cafe on Clearwater Beach which is still thriving today. Frenchy's local success became very contagious, and he eventually partnered up with one of his colleagues and opened the first "Clear Sky" restaurant. With his valued leadership and exceptional management team, they have been able to open four more Clear Sky locations that are extremely successful and will likely continue to grow.
